Shipping policy

All VGBNY brand products are shipped by the owner.

Every piece created by VGBNY is hand crafted start to finish with the buyer in mind. Due to this, please be patient with production and shipping times.

Please allow up to 4-8 weeks for the production and shipping of your order if it is a pre-order item and 1-3 days if the item is pre-made.

When you have completed a purchase from VGBNY, you have fully agreed that our company is no longer responsible for your item(s) after it has been shipped and you have been provided a tracking number.

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please understand that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or courier issues. VGBNY is not responsible for such delays. 

We are not responsible if your order is returned to us by the courier, please contact us once it is returned. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, but we can process a reshipment and the buyer will be financially liable for the extra shipping costs correlated to your order. 

VGBNY does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and make sure they receive it on the day it is expected to deliver. Concerns or questions about your order after it has shipped should be made to the carrier directly.

VGBNY does not pay for any duties or added fees for international packages.
